Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. This little gem is a three-bedroom Cape style with two bedrooms upstairs and a full bath with a walk-in shower. You will find another full bedroom and bath w/tub on the first floor. Open living/dining room & great kitchen. This property offers comfort and privacy with a level spacious backyard, firepit & outdoor shower.

Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
