One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

This log house and its Hot Tub & Sauna are totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric gates via Park Farm.

The Wood Shed

The Wood Shed, a self contained one bed cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth, open plan living downstairs with everything you could need; Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses, large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious Sofa and arm chair. Upstairs in the Galley bedroom you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, Super-king size bed and Shower En-suite. private garden area with seating.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Little Barn is a self-contained one bed cottage annexed to a former Victorian farmhouse in the attractive Northamptonshire village of Kilsby. Open plan living with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer/mini oven, toaster and kettle (no hob). Large screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. Double bed, comfy sofa, dining area and en suite shower room. Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.

Salford House

Salford House is a large family home offering large double bedrooms, private bathrooms, plenty of space and a range of amenities located in the heart of Welford. There are eight bedrooms and five bedrooms in total including one twin room, seven doubles and a cot. Welford is a lovely rural village with easy access to M1/M6/A14, Birmingham/Luton/Stansted/East Midlands Airports and Rugby/Kettering/Market Harborough/Northampton train stations.
