Canoe from the cabin to Little Lake Kerr through a hidden channel, paddle the Silver River or snorkel the springs. Great fishing is around the bend, or off the dock.

Everything is brand new including beds appliances and all furniture. The possibilities are endless- fishing, shrimping, crabbing, boating, skiing, kayaking and tubing. Or maybe something more relaxing - sitting on the deck and watching the waves roll in or boats passing by while sipping your favorite drink.

Nestled in the heart of historic Welaka, you will feel right at home in this charming house, built in 1930. Within these rustic walls, you will find two bedrooms, one full bath, a family room and breakfast nook with a flat screen television, fully- functioning kitchen, WIFI, and two game rooms. The front porch game room allows for indoor activities such as cards and board games. The back porch offers seating and an air hockey table.
