Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich 50 km südlich von München in Gaißach. Mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung (30 Min. von der A8, 5 Min. zum Bahnhof) eignet sie sich hervorragend für Ausflüge zum Wandern, Skifahren oder Baden . In der Unterkunft im zweiten Stock unseres Neubaus erwartet Sie ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne, sowie zwei (und bei Bedarf ein weiteres) Schlafzimmer. Romantische Gartenhütte auf kleinem Bauernhof

Lage Nähe Murnau. Die Sanitäranlagen befinden sich inklusive Waschmaschine im Nebenhaus. Eine Gemeinschaftküche steht für Hofgäste im Haupthaus zur Verfügung. Der Riegsee ist zu Fuß in innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen inkl. kleiner Wirtschaft, sowie Kiosk. Die Autobahnauffahrt Sindelsdorf (A95) ist ca. 8 Min. mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt. Feuerschale,Grill, Parkplatz sowie eine Sitzgruppe im anliegenden Garten sind verfügbar. PS: Weitere Schlafplätze auf dem Hof sind verfügbar.

The very sunny and modern apartment is located in a very nice, green, quiet, safe and clean upper middle class community in Munich. It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.
