Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

A quiet country escape with relaxing views. Feel free to do photo shoots or holler if want to visit the chickens & horses up close.

Located 20 miles east of Austin and 2 miles from the LCRA McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Our 20 acres is a quiet spot conveniently close to the city. This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.

The tub/shower in this camper is spacious and the kitchen has what you need to make your favorite meals. The covered deck includes comfortable furniture to enjoy the enclosed fireplace and the majestic river view. Gas grill w smoker box. Wifi! Kayaks and SUPs are also available if you'd like to rent them to paddle the river.
