Nestled in the wilderness of the Quantock Hills AONB, this beautiful lodge is a perfect country retreat. Ideal for couples, families, walkers, trail runners, cyclists, bird watchers and nature lovers. Fully renovated, with a large hot tub, underfloor heating, comfortable furniture, a coffee machine and a wood burner for cosy winter nights. Dogs welcome, lockable shed for bicycles. Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Tucked away in the woods at the end of an unmade track, the Roundhouse is a cosy, picture-perfect 18th-century smallholder’s cottage. Nestled by a stream with its own waterfall, large garden, and luxury hot tub (optional extra), it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings. Deceptively spacious, it comfortably sleeps 4 and is ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Endless glorious walks start from the front door, with a hot tub to soak in when you return.

The village of Williton is within an easy stroll, plant of pubs, coffee shops, fish & chips and pubs. A fantastic footpath network runs from the farm. Interact with out horses and ponies or book a riding lesson if you wish.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Our bright and airy 2-bedroom chalet (one double, one bunk bed) bungalow has direct access to the beach, a wood burning stove, refurbished shower bathroom and free parking. The chalet has open plan sociable kitchen/diner/living area overlooking Blue Anchor beach at the front and glimpses of the West Somerset steam Railway to the rear. Bedding, towels, electric and WIFI included. Perfect for couples and families wishing to relax, recharge or explore! No pets or smokers thank you.
