Entire house 2 kitchens, 1 living room w/ day bed & trundle w/ real mattresses, 1 living room w/ daybed with 2 real mattresses (~king), 2 dining rooms w/ seating for 6, 3 queen BRs, 1 twin BR, 1 bathroom w/ bathtub & 1 bathroom w/ an easy step in shower! No dock/steps to river, but a weed whacked path. 3 kayaks, hot tub for 6, grill. Early checkin/ late checkout will not be considered until the day prior to arrival/departure. 2 night min weekends & holidays. We’re next door if you need anything.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in the town of Hancock known for its Rails and Trails and proximity to the C and O canal. Blue Hill is a renovated farmhouse in the quiet town of Hancock. It offers three spacious bedrooms and and two full baths. There is a daybed located in the "changing room" between the main bedroom and main bath as well as an air mattress. Enjoy time hiking, kayaking, and boating in this quaint town located right off route 70.

All water activities are at your own risk. WV DNR requires all boaters to have a lifejacket and all boats to have a whistle. Please bring your own whistle(s). MD or WV fishing license is fine.
