Outside on the enclosed porch, you'll enjoy a HOT TUB, a movie projector and a custom firepit area beyond the deck.

Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Close to everything in Northwest Arkansas, right off I-49 for great access, yet very secluded in a quiet neighborhood with a private dock on Lake Elmdale. 3 bedrooms and 1 pull out couch. Pet friendly! Fenced in backyard. Dock access is steep. This is not a swimming lake. Lake level can fluctuate and be stained after rains. Algae or moss may be present in spring or summer, but it is a beautiful lake full of wildlife. Huge patio overlooking the lake.
