PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. A quick drive, or short bike ride on trails, will take you into Fort Stevens State Park, a 3,700 acre park with miles of ocean and river beaches, scenic hiking and biking trails, and a beautiful lake. The house is a two hour drive from Portland and a little over three hours from Seattle.

Enter with your passcode and you'll be welcomed by the parlor’s 10-foot ceilings. Your river view, two-bedroom suite, shower/bath and laundry are up the stairs. This landmark home was built in 1875 and is named for Captain Eric Johnson, a Swedish immigrant and riverboat pilot. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, hot pot and coffee maker.
