When you need something more low key, explore Algiers Point’s historic streets and levee or hang out at our restaurants, coffee shop, & bars - all a 5 minute walk away. Three blocks from our favorite stretch of Magazine Street, but in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. An easy walk to great food and shopping or a quick Uber/Lyft to the French Quarter. Walk to Commander's Palace in the Garden District or venture down to great Breweries just a couple blocks away.

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.

This Uptown unit is a private studio in my home (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Ideal for single/couple who want to stay in a neighborhood. The area is quiet, and is racially & economically diverse. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.
