This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Tree Farm Glamping Trailer Escape

We've remodeled our tiny home on wheels and created a unique escape Nestled on a 5 acre Christmas Tree Farm. Amongst a small orchard of apple and pear trees, it's all the fun of camping, with a farmhouse style and without the setup! Glamping at its finest. It's ideal for a getaway for two, or a very cozy fit for four! Ask about pitching a tent next to the trailer to accommodate more guests. This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke inside the trailer or out on the acreage.

Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. "THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Enjoy a hot tub overlooking a mountain creek with the sounds of a waterfall, and true forest solitude. River access is just steps away at the end of the drive with a spectacular fishing hole and swim spot. 15 minutes to Springfield, 20 to Autzen, and 45 minutes to the Willamette National Forest and the Eugene airport.

Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
