Nestled at the base of Mt Tyndall off a main county road, this home has easy access and a marked road. It is a 7 min drive to town. Great views of the Wet Mountains off the spacious deck, while grilling. Ample hiking as well as BLM access. The interior of the home provides a cozy setting with great views. The main living area includes a TV, Wi-Fi and a cell phone booster. The home is 2bd and comfortably sleeps 4. The large master has a queen size bed with 2 twins in the second bedroom.

The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

It is 2 blocks off of Main Street in the original townsite, on the original brick streets, a stone’s throw from restaurants, shopping, & galleries. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6. You will have the entire house to yourself. It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with everything you need. Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome! The inside of the home is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside.
