Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

NO PARTY/EVENTS. Family/kid friendly, Attached to our home, gated property, Surrey Hills Spa & Pool, private, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an outside hot tub & tennis court. The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

You are close to Leith Hill, Pitch Hill and Holmbury Hill as well as the Vann Lake Nature Reserve. The space has been sympathetically restored to create a comfortable self-contained annex. Kitchen amenities include fridge, kettle, Iron + board In the village there is a pub, a garage, shop, farm shop and train station. Please note some areas with low ceilings.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
