Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

The three bedrooms and two baths are perfect for a family weekend or week long stay.

We also provide dishes for your takeout. Smart Tv. WiFi also makes this the perfect spot to social distance and work on vacation if needed. Tables by couch for eating or work. Though backyard is shared with guests from front house it is very lush and has multiple sitting spaces for your own privacy.
