The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Relax on the 20 foot long oceanfront patio with the best whale watching and sunset views in town. The home sleeps up to seven people on beds/futons with room to spare for a pack in play or two (we have those too!). Full Cable Smart TVs, fast Wifi w/dedicated workspace for two people, and a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Plus a cozy fireplace!

The Purple House

This cozy special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just a short drive and you can be in Old Town Florence, at the casino, (2) golf courses and various beach selections. The Purple House is in a residential community so generally a quiet stay. The house stands out in a crowd and is easy to find. Off street, designated, parking!! (There is additional parking on the street if needed.) The apartment sleeps (4) but space is most comfortable for (2) guests.

(Our condo is next door to the public beach access at “Nye Beach Turnaround”. closer than any other building in the area).
