A cozy three room cottage in a quiet neighborhood in North Raleigh with access to Raleigh's Greenway Park system. Easy access to Interstate 540 and 440. We are within 20 minutes of most areas in Raleigh. The cottage has three rooms. 1. A combination living room/bedroom with a queen size bed. 2. A combination kitchenette/bedroom with a double bed. This is semi private with a curtain to pull separating the sleeping area from the kitchen area. 3. A full bathroom that has a bathtub.

Adorable fully furnished 1 BR apartment in Belvedere Park neighborhood. Walking distance from Lions Park and the greenway. Offers a private entry. The apartment is attached to the main house by a hallway with a door that locks from the main house. Furniture and appliances included: Queen size bed, sectional sofa, wood and glass coffee table, side tables, new LED TV with roku, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen ware (All as pictured). There is no laundry and no oven.

Historic Oakwood Home - Private Apartment

Private apartment within an 1897 historic home in beautiful Oakwood. (Separate entrance) Brand new queen bed & Nectar mattress with a deep couch which could be used for a third bed. Downtown bars and restaurants are 5-10 minute walk. Oakwood Pizza Box, WilCo, Jolie, Crawford & Sons are 5 blocks away. Fridge is stocked with sodas, water, coffee and whatever you need for your visit. *Note that I live in the house above the unit. I do my best to keep the noise down*
