Built from recycled materials, a repurposed spiral staircase takes you up the multiple levels of The Treehouse to a secluded living space nestled between the trees. Kick back in the canopy, swoop on the swings or shoot down the slide. This self-contained treehouse is powered by renewable energy and is only a short drive to New Plymouth, local beaches and the mountain.

Welcome to Waipipi Beach Retreat. We are the proud new owners of this amazing property. Having personally booked it out as a family over the years, we loved it so much we decided to buy it! We know how amazing this place is and we can't wait to share it with you. Think of sunsets from the spa pool, kayaking, bomb competitions into the lake, fishing from the beach, quiet evenings by the outdoor fire pit. This is the ultimate place to relax, recharge, connect with nature with a taste of luxury.

Sunset Beach House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with amazing views of the sunset. Fully renovated in 2020 Cook a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen, then dine on your choice of decks to soak up the rural or sea views. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

The Paddock

This new build rural property is located 18km from Wanganui and 10km from Kai Iwi Beach giving you the best of both worlds; near enough to town also tucked away enough to enjoy and relax in the serenity of the country side. The Paddock has one bedroom with a queen size bed and sofa bed, plenty of room for your luggage, tastefully decorated in a french country cottage style with large stacker doors that take in the view, ready to welcome in the mornings with a coffee from the coffee bar.

* No cleaning fees :) * Relax and unwind on our small peaceful farm guest sleep out. One bedroom one bathroom sleep out with kitchenette. One king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.

The Red Barn - Rural but close to town.

The Red Barn provides a rural retreat, a quick 7-minute drive to vibrant Whanganui city. Local café and brewery down the road and close to the Windermere Berry Farm. A self-contained cottage set privately in the grounds of our property offering options for whatever break away you are looking for. MAX OCCUPANCY 2 Adults & 2 Children under 12 The Black Yurt is situated within Oakura. The surf beach, a number of cafes/restaurants, a pharmacy and a convenience store are within walking distance. Several hiking trails can be found nearby. Accessible via a private staircase, this yurt offers you a comfortable king-size bed, lounge area and kitchenette. The bath and shower are outdoors. A separate small building contains the toilet.
