Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. Our house is located down a peaceful little lane in a semi-rural setting, with a beautiful outlook to the surrounding countryside & hills. Just a 5 minute stroll down to the end of the road is the quiet Wainui beach access way. Gisborne city is a convenient 8 minute drive away. We have a fully fenced large back lawn with a trampoline & playhouse for the kids. Kids toys, games available on request. Our place is ideal for families, with a private self contained studio & three bedroom house.

Kowhai Ranch

Kowhai Ranch has everything you need for a cozy getaway. The two cabins are on a 1ha block of ex-farming paddock, now converted to a native tree nursery. The cabins are only a 5 minute walk to the beach, Wainui surf club, or our local dairy. The cabins are self sufficient with solar power/battery banks while still grid tied for reliability. Rain water and Starlink internet complete our self-reliance. One cabin is a 4.8m x 3m bedroom, and the other 6.8m x 3m kitchen/living/bathroom.

The Boardroom chalet its a bright and modern 2 bedrrom unit amongst a beautiful garden. Wake up to the sound of the tuis playing in the trees! A short 5 min walk to the famous Stock route beach break at Wainui Beach, you'll also pass Zepher store on the way perfect for coffee and takeaways. There is plenty of room to roam around if you have kids and also a trampoline and tree house. The chalet is also set behind The Boardroom surf shop where LOST surfboards are produced.
