It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to our humble homestead! Private space, in a quiet neighborhood, our little getaway from home, built by yours truly. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

This 1950s bungalow is a cozy resting place for anyone needing close proximity to the interstate, downtown Greenville or our two major hospital systems. Make this homey spot your respite while you stay in sunny Greenville. It meets your nature needs with a less than 10 minute drive to Herdklotz Park and it’s walking trail or Paris Mountain State Park. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants (both old, beloved Greenville spots and up and coming hipster joints) abound within minutes.

Our cottage is on a beautiful piece of property that makes you feel secluded and peaceful, but is only minutes away from amazing downtown Greenville, as well as quaint downtown Greer. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart tv, iron, ironing board, plush towels, high thread count sheets, choice of foam or feather pillows, and a choice of relaxing inside or outside on the screened porch with a heated throw. Come and relax in a peaceful setting on 6 acres amongst many oak trees.  Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch.  Private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette/family room, TV with FireTVStick, free WiFi, books & games.  Kitchenette has small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. But no sink or stove . Coffee, creamer, sugar, water, paper products and plastic ware provided.  Parking is available on property.
