This cozy small apartment it is situated in the port, very close to the sea. In only few minutes by walk you are in the town center. It is ideal for couples. Thanks to thick stone walls it is cool in the summer time. It is small but you can find everything that you need - there is kitchen with living/dining area, bedroom (no window), bathroom and a terrace. Private parking space is provided some 30 m away. Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
