No kitchen but does include mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee/filter, & Culligan hot/cold filtered water. Murphy queen bed in bedroom & Queen highend sleeper couch in living room!

There are beautiful live oaks on the property and 3 private parking spaces for you and some first-come-first-serve street parking in front of the house. Easy load in with a ramp into the house and a mudroom for all your beach toys.

The pool is open from Memorial weekend til the end of September. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and livingroom has a sofabed. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. Cable TV and Wi-Fi in ALL rooms.
