Vineyard Villa Cottage

Vineyard Villa is a 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom cottage built in 1910. It is situated on a 2-acre property, and is separated from the main farmhouse by rows of grapevines. The cottage has recently undergone a complete renovation (including the addition of air conditioning) with attention paid to retaining some of the original charming features of the home. The backyard offers a patio with a propane barbeque, fire pit and seating. Our cottage is in close proximity to the many activities in Sonoma.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

The Barn (with Electric car charging station)

On the outside, it looks like a barn. However, on the inside it’s like a modern hotel suite. On a country lane just outside the town limits, The Barn is the perfect spot for a getaway. When it’s time to relax, you can lounge in the living room with the big screen, cozy up to a good book, or relax on the porch. Thornsberry Cottage is a luxe Country Cottage just 5 minutes from the Sonoma Square. Featuring two separate buildings, with a bed and bath in each, it is renovated with a boutique hotel feel to accommodate the most discerning traveler. Located on the east side town it is in short distance to the 2 oldest wineries in California. The home offers a true escape where one can spin a record by the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, or walk or bike to Gundlach Bundschu at the end of our road.

Our lovely, large (1000 square ft) treetop-level detached loft apartment is minutes from the square but feels like its own little world! Design lover's dream. Skylights, treetop views, and high-end amenities await. Great location with easy access to vineyards and all that the Sonoma Valley has to offer. We are the closest AirBnb to The Lodge at Sonoma, and Wit & Wisdom. EASY CHECK OUT. We only ask that you turn off lights/heat/ac, and open the windows when leaving.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

This is a 2nd floor flat above an office space. There is a full flight of stairs through a private entrance up into the home. Because of the stairs and older low windows, it is not recommended for children. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the Sonoma Plaza. There is a bike shop a couple of blocks away that also rents bikes. There are restaurants, brew pubs, spas and wine tasting rooms all within several blocks.
