Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. The guest suite is separated from the rest of the house. We live next door - just ring the bell if we can help you. The guest suite is exclusively being used for Airbnb. The large room has one large bed with room for 2 (3) people, kitchenette with basic spices and kitchen equipment, one cooktop, fridge, microwave oven, as well as a dining table and couch. The smaller room has two single beds. There's free wifi (300Mb) in both rooms. Also free Netflix There's a large bathroom with toilet, changing table, baby tub, shower, and underfloor heating. We supply bed linen and towels There are two private terraces. One facing west and one with a beautiful view facing east. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. You can cook yourself in the kitchenette or order pizzas from our local pizza bakery (300 meters away). There's only 400 meters to several grocery stores. 2 playgrounds within 200 meters

Spacious and bright apartment on the 5th floor with an amazing view. The apartment is located in the lovely Kongsvang, which is a safe and quiet area in walking and cycling distance to the city centre (2,5 km. from the city centre), Aros and Tivoli. Public transportation is available 2 min. from the apartment (bus) and there is FREE PARKING at the apartment. The apartment is close to a grocery store. There is an elevator, which makes it perfect for elderly persons. We look forward to host you!

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Det hele er indrettet med dejlige farver og mine personlige ting, så det er ikke kun lavet til udlejning, men også mit hjem!
