You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

Velkommen. Nyd ‘simple living’ i denne fredelige og centralt beliggende bolig med egen forhave. Boligen er rar og hyggelig og med alt, hvad du har brug for under besøget. I køkkenet er der fx airfryer, mikro og kølfrys. Kaffe, te mv. er til fri brug. Godt og rummeligt bad med brus. Skabe til dit tøj. Sengen er 140 x 200 cm, og der er sovesofa: Træk ud til seng, 140x190 cm. Stedet er dog stadig kun beregnet til én eller max to personer. Der er wifi Der er ladere til el-bil. Fri og gratis P.

Med 5 km til centrum og banegården er dette rækkehus det perfekte sted for den lille familie, en flok venner eller andet. Den har plads til to biler, der kan holde gratis. Jeg har en fantastisk forhave, baghave og altan med udsigt indover Aarhus. Området er fyldt med lækker natur. Selve rækkehus er 92 m2 og består af 2 soveværelser, et kontor, stue og køkken. Det hele er indrettet med dejlige farver og mine personlige ting, så det er ikke kun lavet til udlejning, men også mit hjem!

Small and cozy 1-room apartment located in Viby, just outside Aarhus. The apartment is suitable for 2 people and comes fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Free street parking is available. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are located in the shared common area. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. There is an extra mattress for a 3rd person.

Kun 9 min. med bil til midtbyen. 3 min. gåtur til Discount 365 eller 4 min til Lidl. Gode busforbindelser. Parkering er gratis hele døgnet og der er masser af plads. Plads til ekstra opredning på sofaen, hvis nødvendigt. Stort køkken med alt det man har brug for, skulle man have lyst til at lave sin egen mad. Stille soveværelse og omgivelser.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.

Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
