The master bedroom also has a TV - along with a walk-in-robe, ensuite with spa bath, private balcony and its own 'retreat'. Pool table and log fire ensure you'd love it in winter.

Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome. We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

The backyard is fully fenced and has a large sandpit for children to play in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The house suits families, couples or a group of friends.
