Shamrock Park, connected to the trail, has a nature center, butterfly garden, playground, tennis and basketball courts. 4.2 miles (accessible by bike) to Caspersen Beach. 3.6 miles to Venice Ave shops and restaurants. 7 miles to Wellen Park/Atlanta Braves Spring Training.

Villa Grande is a spacious single family home with a split floor plan with each bedroom separated by the living room. There is an attached garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything but fresh food. Thermal carafe and Keurig coffee maker. Everything you might need is provided including some paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, spices and even fresh bottled water in the refrigerator. The triple lot fenced back yard is fully fenced for pets or kids to play safely.
