Beautiful Beach House with a Stunning Sea View

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Nyrenoverat gästhus nära golf, hav och skärgården!

Nyrenoverat, fristående gästhus på 30 kvm i Hästängsudd, Svinninge – 30 minuter från Stockholm, med havsbad i närheten. För golfaren är läget svårslaget: fyra banor inom 15–20 minuter, Österåker, Åkersberga, Arninge och Ullna. Sovrum med 160-säng, loft med dubbelsäng och en rejäl bäddsoffa ger sex bäddar. Köket har spis, ugn och diskmaskin, och toaletten har dusch. Bäst av allt är altanen i söderläge med utemöbler och kolgrill. Parkering för två bilar och busshållplats på gatan nedanför.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Lilla stugan på berget!

Välkommen till denna lilla pärla beläget högst uppe på på vår bergiga tomt. Stugan passar bra för att övernatta någon enstaka natt men har allt som kan tänkas behövas. Obs! Inget boende för någon som har problem med att gå. Bäddsoffan är 160 cm bred och bäddas enkelt ut. Litet kök med två spisplattor, micro och kylskåp. Liten wc finns i stugan och dusch finns separat med egen ingång i vårt hus. Stugan ligger på vår tomt där vi bor på en gata i utkanten av Vaxön med intilliggande villlor.

Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Två kajaker plus en liten motorbåt finns oftast att hyra. Stort vardagsrum, kök och matsal i ett (ca 90 kvm), två sällskapsrum till, fyra sovrum och tre badrum. Stor altan med många sittgrupper och jacuzzi. Blåbärsris och skog på baksidan och härligt hav på framsidan.

You walk into an open space with a combined living room and kitchen with visible beams in the ceiling and a height of 3.8 meters; the room is airy, with large windows facing the forest and sea. Relax in the nature: The natural plot is 1600 square(kvm) meters and is hidden from neighbours. Take a walk on the path surrounded by vegetation, and you are down on the beach with crystal clear water.

Archipelago cottage close to Stockholm

A cosy little cabin, located in a private section in the host's garden. The guests can barbecue, use the trampoline and the big lawns for games. The cabin is a 5 mins walk from the sea, forest, busstop and grocery store. Activities; fishing, canoeing, hiking, boat trips and beach Vaxholm, the capital of the archipelago, with shops and cafés, is 10 mins away by car. Stockholm is 30 mins away by car, or 45 mins by bus. The host will welcome you.

Sjöstugan

Välkommen till vår charmiga sjöstuga i idylliska Kummelnäs, precis vid vattnet med egen brygga och fantastisk utsikt över Stockholms inlopp. På sommarkvällarna (April till mitten September) kan du njuta av magiska solnedgångar direkt från balkongen eller bryggan. Stugan är ca 40 kvadratmeter och välutrustad med allt du behöver för ett bekvämt boende. Här finns även bastu, kolgrill och möjlighet att hyra SUP för härliga turer på vattnet.
