Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Δεν πρέπει να τη μπερδεύουμε με τη Νέα Φιγαλεία (Ζούρτσα) που είναι μια κωμόπολη στον νομό Ηλείας, 23 χλμ μακριά. Η πέτρα και το ξύλο επικρατούν στον εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό χώρο. Απέχει 4 χλμ από τον ποταμό Νέδα, 14 χλμ από τον Ναό του Επικούρειου Απόλλωνα, 27 χλμ από την Ανδρίτσαινα και 23 χλμ από τη Νέα Φιγαλεία (Ζούρτσα).

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events .
