Back porch with mountain views and gym equipment. It is 10 km from the center of Patras and 7 from the new port. Close to supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, public transport and many restaurants, bars and cafes.

Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδίου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδίου. "ΑΤΘΙΣ" Cozy Cottage

Πανέμορφο και ήρεμο εξοχικό σπίτι στα αργυρά αχαίας, σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό στούς πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκού,με θέα τον πατραϊκό κόλπο,μόλις 14 χλμ απο το κέντρο της Πάτρας και 8 χιλιόμετρα απο τον Αγίο βασίλη και την παραλία. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.

Το σπιτι ειναι ιδανικο για ησυχές οικογενιακες διακοπες μέσα στην φυση, μεσα σε ενα αγροκτημα 9 στρεμματων ,που μπορειτε να χαρητε την Ελληνική φιλοξενεία παραλληλα με τον ιδιωτικο σας χωρο.Σε 10' μπορεις να βρεθεις σε πεντακαθαρες -παρθενες παραλιες οπως Κουνουπελι -φαλαρι-Καλογρια. Το αεροδρομιο του ΑΡΑΞΟΥ ειναι μολις 15χλμ. Σε αποσταση μισης ωρας ειναι η ΠΑΤΡΑ ενω σε 40' μπορει να παει κανεις στην Αρχαια Ολυμπια.

Katerina's home is a house, which you can enter from the national road ''Patras - Pyrgos''. It has got a huge garden with many trees and the big variety of flowers and plans. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.
