Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja tuleb arvestada ka naabritega. Korter mahutab 4 külalist. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

This modern cottage is part of Piesta Kuusikaru farm, our family home, set on the bank of Pärnu river in Soomaa region in western/central Estonia. The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

Wake up to bird songs, make the most of the sun and sounds of nature whilst remaining close to the city. The bus stop is 5 min away and a large grocery store around 10 min by foot. Drive to the city centre takes 15 min by car, 25 min by bus. Parking is free at the property alongside a 220W socket. Access to the sauna at any time. The guest house has all necessary amenieties to enjoy a peaceful stay to unwind and get away from the hussle of the city. Enjoy the river, forests and nearby lakes.

The apartment is on the second floor of the private family house. You have a separate entrance. The entire floor is an open plan with a terrace and lots of sunlight. You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Apartment is located in an old wooden house where a mysterious stairwell leads you to a bright and stylish studio apartment (on the second floor). Everything you need, is right there. Cafes around the corner and Viljandi castle hills 10 minute walk away.
