Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country retreat. This 2.5 acre estate has a main house as well as a detached guest house. The main house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ranch house built in the 1970s by the Blackburns, the local high school principal and his wife. The guest house, which was originally a shop for Mrs. Blackburn to operate her floral business out of, was converted into a studio apartment in 2019 complete with a bathroom and kitchen. It's perfect for a trip with the in-laws!
