Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

The Valley Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is one whole side of a duplex located in a peaceful neighborhood of Spokane Valley. The Retreat is tucked away yet super close to hiking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, And much more! Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. We have renovated this 1906 barn into a perfect guest suite including all the modern conveniences without losing the rustic elegance of the past. Welcome to the Funky D Ranch.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Wing-Watcher's Paradise is where you will enjoy watching airplanes fly overhead from the hot tub.
