Dating back to the 17th century, it is one of the more prominent houses in a charming village two miles from Cowbridge and 15 minutes from United World College (Atlantic College). Very friendly household ,situated a stones throw from the castle (15 min walk) and city centre, cricket ,football grounds and the Millennium stadium.We are a pretty 30 mins walk along the river from the train station. Locally there are excellent restaurants and pubs plus Chapter Arts centre. We are located next to Bute Park perfect for walks along the river and arboretum . We have super fast Virgin broadband. Check in/ out times can be flexible depending on the calendar.

The Versailles Room - Gileston Manor

Being in the oldest part of the Manor, this room dates back to 1320 and was once the Banqueting Hall. It has direct access to the medieval staircase accessed through a small door which leads down to the kitchen. The carefully curated antique furniture adds to the richness of this suite which overlooks the walled garden and terraced lawns. Enjoy a luxury continental breakfast in the gorgeous mirrored ballroom the following morning

The location of the barn is a short walk from the coast in St Donats.

3.5 miles from Cardiff centre/the Stadium/Cardiff Bay, the property is in a quiet area of the seaside Victorian town of Penarth. Easy train and bus access to the city, 15min walk to the centre of Penarth. Also very close to Llandough Hospital. Guests will have their own bathroom/wc, a very comfortable, quiet bedroom, the use of the TV lounge, and also the garden/conservatory.
