In the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, you will be surrounded by a multi cultural life, street art, a lot of art galleries and all kind of artists.

2 tiyatro ve eşsiz sergilere ev sahipliği yapan Müze Gazhane'nin yan sokağında bulunan evimizin müstakil girişi bulunmaktadır. Sokak son derece güvenlidir. Kapalı bir balkonu ve bol bitkisi olan dairemiz 1+1 yapısına göre geniştir. Evde sigara içilmez. Kapıların kapalı olduğundan emin olarak, balkon pencereleri açılmış halde, balkonda sigara içebilirsiniz. Metrobüs ve marmaray evden yürüyerek 8-9 dakika mesafededir.
