A lovely Shepherds Hut in an AONB in the Cotswolds. A small but beautifully formed space with full ensuite shower room and loo. TV with some sky channels and a DVD player, USB charging point and a kettle. Towels and linen are provided. Fab views, great for walking or visiting local beauty spots. Not suitable for children or pets. Steps up to the Hut so please consider this too. The hut is on the edge of a pub garden. The pub trades on Sunday daytime throughout the summer and some Saturdays

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Cotswolds Barn conversion - stables available

We have recently refurbished our lovely barn conversion (c. 700 sq ft) to a very high standard. It is light, has amazing views, a log burner and a SoHo Farmhouse feel. It has a king sized double bed, Fibre Wi-Fi and under floor heating. Stunning part of the northern Cotswolds (Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford - 15 mins) with numerous walks and bridleways from the door. You can also rent three stables and two paddocks to bring your horses to stay. A good way to explore the Cotswolds.

There is a local pub/restaurant a short stroll away, otherwise local amenities can be found in Banbury, a couple of miles away, including supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and main line train station (London, Marylebone 50 mins, Birmingham New Street/Snow Hill 40 mins, etc.).

St Michael's Annexe

Very quiet location, views of countryside, and a lovely village location. Watch the sunrise in the morning with views over the fields. We have free range chickens that will come and say hello whilst you sit on the patio.
