This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.

We are close to Black Mountain Recreation Area and the Onaway Speedway. About 45 minutes from Mackinaw, Petoskey, Cheboygan, Rogers City and Ocqueoc Falls. Great for Guys & Girls outings!
