Rose Garden Cottage, Guisborough.

Our luxuriously cosy little cottage has everything you could wish for after a day exploring the nearby woods, adjacent North Yorkshire Moors or easily accessed coast. Perhaps a relaxing soak in the feature double ended bath? You can cosy up in front of the log burning stove or step out for something to eat and drink at one of the local bars and restaurants. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen has all you need. The cottage has been renovated throughout with a feature mezzanine bed and bath suite.

Saltburn l The Outlook- Sea views, Dog friendly.

This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Field View - North Yorkshire Coast & Moors

Nestled on the edge of the Cleveland Way is where you'll find Field View just a short drive to the coastal towns of Saltburn-By-The-Sea and Whitby or the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors with places like Goathland where Heartbeat was filmed, Staithes to name but a few. We are dog friendly. There is a local pub called the Miners Arms just around the corner, or if you prefer the high street is only a short drive where you'll find pubs and cafes, some are also dog friendly so worth checking out.

This 150-year-old cottage is ideally situated on the edge of the North Yorkshire National Park. With glorious coastline and steeped in history, this is a characterful cottage in a historical town. The Tipsy Bee at 143 is located on the edge of the main street in Guisborough, only steps away from independent shops, eateries and quirky independent bars as well as being less than a 10-minute walk away from the iconic Guisborough Priory. The National Park is on your doorstep, with lovely walks.

Wake to stunning views and take an early walk along the sand as waves lap on the sandy shore. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at one of the seafront cafés before browsing the unique shops. Walk cliff paths and footpaths, take in the sea views and breathe in sea salty air or, stroll along the pier and sit for a while as people pass by. At the end of the day, ride the historic cliff lift back toward the apartment to unwind in the deep roll top bath before falling asleep between cool linen sheets.

It is the perfect base to explore scenic walking trails, including the famous Cleveland Way and North Yorkshire Coast, before unwinding by the log burning stove.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.

A cosy cottage in the heart of Guisborough town centre with easy access to local shops and a large supermarket minutes away. The property is the ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. 15 to 30 mins from the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar and Saltburn beaches, Roseberry topping and Whitby. It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

The Walkers Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated in a picturesque country farm setting. This cabin is perfectly located within a short distance of Saltburn by the Sea and on the outskirts of the North York Moors National Park, this retreat is sure to delight a variety of guests. Two great places to eat or drink within a mile or relax your evenings away with a glass of wine by the firepit, which doubles up as a BBQ, complementary firelighters and logs will be provided.
