Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Southeast Eugene, near the University of Oregon. The side entrance leads through a shared space to a separate secure two bedroom suite on a lower level. The two bedrooms both have large windows providing great natural light. A recently remodeled bathroom and a den/office/TV room, along with a hallway kitchenette, finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
