A lovely place to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work, play or attending a wedding. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that looks out to beautiful tress grazing deer. This new property is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 3. It has a Spacious bathroom and one available marked parking space your vehicle. This property is located close to 9+ different wedding venues within 12 miles. It is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and tradition accents.

The Bunkhouse- 1 bedroom guest suite

Welcome to our bunkhouse! We enjoy offering a clean comfortable space to our guests. Easy access to the highway, free parking, and wifi. We are located on 7 acres and enjoy raising our backyard chickens. Enjoy the outdoors on our walking trail to a small pond. There is one queen size bed and a bunkbed. The bunk has a twin size bed and a large toddler size bed on the bottom. This is our private guest suite with its own entrance and space but is part of a house so there are shared walls.

Rustic Retreat on Trails End

This remodeled, rustic, farmhouse is in a beautiful rural setting. It sits on 10 acres of wooded land at the end of a dead-end road providing plenty of peace and quiet. Sit on one of three porches, or, float in the pool while you look over the land and watch the wildlife. The many windows in the house allow you to look out over the two ponds and enjoy the scenery. There is also plenty of outdoor space with chairs on the front and back porches, tables, umbrellas and chaise lounges.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.
