1930's Renovated Store! - The Store Front

This historic brick store was built back in the 1930s, nestled on 26th Street (near historic 25th Street). It has a history of being a boutique, a hardware store, and a beloved toy shop but has now been renovated into a modern, yet original living space. The original brick and beams have been preserved in order to keep its historic charm but it has also been updated enough to provide a modern and cozy stay. Big, frosted windows provide photo studio lighting -- making for the perfect photoshoot!

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

This open design is private & cozy for 2 to 4 people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen).

Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Our bungalow sits at the base of the mountains, yet close to downtown restaurants and shopping. You have access to 3 ski resorts within a 30 minute drive. In the summer we are half a mile away from 2 trailheads and endless miles of mountain bike or hiking trails. For water sports we have a reservoir and two rivers that offer kayaking, fishing, tubing, or swimming within a 20 min drive.
