A short drive (2-miles) from Winchester Bay where crabbing, fishing, the beach, and dunes are located. Minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping and boat launches. If you're a fisherman or ATV'r there is room to park your trailer in the spacious driveway. You will be able to keep a watchful eye on your trailer just outside your door.

The Purple House

This cozy special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just a short drive and you can be in Old Town Florence, at the casino, (2) golf courses and various beach selections. The Purple House is in a residential community so generally a quiet stay. The house stands out in a crowd and is easy to find. Off street, designated, parking!! (There is additional parking on the street if needed.) The apartment sleeps (4) but space is most comfortable for (2) guests.

Whether you're traveling down the Pacific Coastline, coming to visit a child at Southwestern Oregon Community College, or here on business, this is a great place for 1-2 people. The studio is located in a residential area close to Cape Arago Highway and stores. Private, newly remodeled, super clean, comfortable queen bed, fully-equipped kitchen, 55" Flat Screen Smart TV, full bath. This Studio is on a second floor and guests would be required to climb stairs to get to it.
