Det er en liten sitteplass rett utenfor vinduene hvor du kan nyte utsikten over store deler av Oslo og Oslofjorden. Gratis parkering i gaten for de som kommer med bil. En sovesofa, med plass til 2 personer, som kan lett gjøres om til vanlig sofa. Fullt ustyrt kjøkken.
