Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

The Conifers Bedsit S Catering Flat in Nat Reserve

Free return taxi to Eden b4 9pm, see notes. The Conifers is a very small, stylish bedsit flat in Par Nature Reseve with a lovely Victorian garden, surrounded by ancient woods. It has a small galley kitchen (5x8ft) a small double bedroom and a shower room, but no lounge. It has its own entrance, a large drive and secure, dry storage with hose for bikes etc. 2.3 miles from Eden, a 5 min walk from Par train station (0.3 mile), 100m from the bus stop to Fowey/Truro and 1.1 miles from Par beach.

Completely private entrance, parking close by. No pets Kitchenette has a microwave, kettle & toaster. There is no cooker, oven or hot plates. A welcome pint of milk, tea, sugar and coffee are provided.

It's split-level accommodation features an open-plan living room and kitchen/dining area with a double bedroom and shower room. There is a garden and patio area to enjoy, with onsite parking.
