Our house is situated in a very nice and green neighborhood. Just 25 minutes to Stockholm City by public transport! It is also close to both the lake, nature and the archipelago. Just a few minutes walk from the house there is a park with playground, soccer field and nice walking areas. It is a newly renovated house with a modern standard. Outside the house there is a porch with the opportunity to sunbathe and have dinner. If you want to arrive without car, the house is close to the busstop.

Litet hus med egen bastu i Skärgården

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Close to Tyresö castle & Tyresta National Park. Stockholm city only 21 km. Good public transportation.

Modernt hus mitt i naturen

Gästhus på 30 kvadratmeter i högt läge mitt på halvön med promenadavstånd till härliga bad i både hav och sjö. På halvön finns flera naturreservat där skog och dramatiska klippformationer bjuder på vackra utsiktsplatser och vandringar. Naturen och tystnaden gör detta till en mycket avkopplande plats. Stockholm nås på 30 minuter med bil, med buss på 60 min. På framsidan finns altan och trädgård som ger insynsskydd mot huvudbyggnaden. På baksida finns en nybyggd altan med utsikt över skogen.

Avskilt men endast 20 min från Stockholm C dit du enkelt kommer med buss bara några minuter från huset. Närhet till Tyresta naturreservat!

Best view in the archipelago

Njut av i detta unika hus med en bedårande utsikt över havet och himlen. Njut av solnedgången på berget bakom huset (ca 100 meter) där det också finns enklare stolar och bord (gemensamt med grannarna).Det finns många promenadstigar i området och även ett naturreservat, badklippor, sandstrand och en liten vacker sjö som ligger ca 40 minuters promenad från huset. Huset för dig som söker maximal avkoppling och lyx. Ett mindre hus nedanför detta hyrs ibland ut separat till andra hyresgäster.

House with fantastic sea view next to the water!

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Hus nära sjöar, skog och Stockholm

Högt beläget hus med allt du behöver och nära fantastisk natur. Stor tomt. Skogspromenad direkt från dörren, badplatser 1 km bort och endast 2 km till entrén till Tyresta nationalpark. Detta är första gången vi hyr ut huset, därför finns inga recensioner. Busshållplats finns 1 km bort på vardagar och 3 km bort på helger.

I en skyddad, fridfull vik med sol hela dagen ligger detta härliga privata boende med egen brygga och närhet till havet. Huset är på 140kvm, uppdelat på 2 plan. Undervåningen har kök, stora gemensamma sällskapsytor och matplats för alla. Här finns även badrum med dusch, toalett och bastu. På övervåningen ligger alla sovrum, 2 rum med dubbelsängar och 2 mindre rum där det ena sovrummet har våningssäng. Här finns även tvättstuga, badrum med dusch och toalett.

Tyresö

In the southern „Skärgarden“ of Stockholm, the holiday accommodation „Tyresö“ is situated at hillside location, only 150 meters away from the sea. The apartment is the top of the cottage and the landords live underneath with 2 dogs and 2 cats. From the 24 sq. m. terrace, spaciously laid out, you will have a phantastic view of the sea. Here one can forget the daily routine very fast and recreation gains the upper hand.

A cosy little house, pet friendly, free parking

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The house has it all! Just bring your clothes and the food :) Bed sheets and hand/bath towels will be provided for free. Pets are welcome too :) a great direct connection to Stockholm city centre by bus. It takes 20min to Gullmarsplan subway station (bus 875, 804, 805) and 30min to Stockholm central station (bus 815C). free parking for 2 cars
