Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Fantastic 4 Bedroom house in quiet beach neighborhood! This is one of the few Single Family Homes in the Community and boasts 2170 square feet featuring 2 huge wrap around porches, additional large separate deck and plenty of space to relax. Two private beach entrances are only steps away! We are only a few hundred yards from the famous Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grille, and all the amenities in the North Tybee area! We welcome guests with the booking person at least 25 years old or up.

Located in the historic Captain's Quarters is Captain's Hideaway. Captain's Hideaway is a two bedroom one bath apartment tucked away in the heart of downtown Tybee. Less than 300 steps to the beach with access to two parking spots, you won't even need to move your car! The parking spots are less than 10 feet from the entrance of Captain's Hideaway. Captain's Hideaway includes all your beach needs including beach towels, toys, 4 chairs, a large cooler and wagon.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Whimsical, 1940s Cottage 4 blocks to the Ocean!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

Welcome 2026! Adorable Tybee cottage with Pool/Spa

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool. Heated pool option is available after April 1st, 2026 and only if daytime temperature is above 70 degrees. HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay and only for days that heat is turned on. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.
