After a short 30-minute drive from the airport, guests can soak in the Alaskan quiet of Indian Valley, venture further inland into Chugach State Park, or proceed toward nearby Girdwood via 20-minute drive or peaceful walk/bike along the paved Bird to Gird Pathway. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.
