Quiet home that is close to everything. Spacious master (with work space), 2 guest rooms with queen beds, high ceilings, Piano, TVs with Netflix and Disney+, and big patio. This is a very spacious and well-maintained property. The vaulted ceilings help the rooms feel extra spacious and the neighborhood is quiet, yet a quick drive to everything you may want and need. Guests have access to the whole house, beautiful backyard, and spacious garage (which includes a pool table and ping pong table).

The Tiki House at Sparks Marina

The Tiki House is just two doors down from her Sister property The Pirate House. The large 3 BR (plus bonus room) 3 1/2 bath can accommodate up to 8 people. Located at the bustling Sparks Marina with Casinos, Restaurants, the Legends mall, Imax, Wild Island amusement park and many other attractions just minutes walk out your back door. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking/jogging path dog park and amazing views of the Sierras are just a few more bonuses found just outside your back door!

With a walkability score of 93, you won't be disappointed when it's time to choose where to dine/shop/explore. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!
