Tucked away on a quiet hillside, it's easy to forget that you are mere steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities and events and minutes away from exploring Nevada's high desert landscape. 2 bedroom house with a converted garage. As your hosts, we will occupy the converted garage during your stay, but you will have complete privacy in the main house with a separate entrance. You will have full access to the main house's living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and yard, we might do gardening in the mornings and feel free to hang out in our gorgeous backyard. Kitchen includes fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic cooking utensils, dishes, silverware.

Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!
