Cozzy Casa

Newly built apartment on first floor with two bedrooms equipped with A/C, spacious living room with tv, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, whereas the ground floor is occupied by my family and I. The house is located 20mins drive to the Belle Mare public beach and 5mins walk to the pier, where you can take ferry boat to ile aux cerf(small island in the east coast famous for its beaches and water activities). Villa Poema is an exquisite beachfront house with a stunning view of the ocean. It is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a front and back patio. Villa Poema has its own secluded beach and is also situated opposite a natural forest trail park. Situated on the East of the island, it is 40 km from the airport. Very close to local food stores and supermarkets as well to high end restaurants and hotels to authentic dining places.

Rooms consist AC and wifi. Activities around is waterfall, mountain,river,fishing and parasailing. Beach is 15 min drive to Palmar and to Ile aux Cerfs.

The price includes 5 hours per day of the services of a woman who cooks and cleans the house. Asha is the absolute star of the house and a fantastic cook!
