This private and spacious studio guest house is located next to our residence. Nestled on 5 acres of towering redwood trees and lush huckleberry bushes in the Westhaven neighborhood, it's perfect for the single traveler or couple (but please note it is not suitable for children or those traveling with pets). An ideal base to explore the Redwoods National Forest, nearby Moonstone beach and scenic downtown Trinidad. The newly renovated ponds teeming with colorful koi make this place extra special!

An Architects Studio- In a Secluded Forest

This incredible space has been the inspirational hub for designing the most creative projects in Humboldt during the past 18 years. Now it has been reborn as an immersive space to enjoy the redwoods. Every inch has been thoughtfully designed to allow our guests to feel the enveloping majestic nature of the surrounding forest. Upon arrival, a golf cart awaits for your journey through the woods, to the upper landing of the raised boardwalk crossing over a seasonal creek bringing you to The Studio.

Silver Dream in the Redwoods

Immerse yourself in 6 acres of redwood forest in this 1969 vintage Airstream. It will not disappoint; being beautiful in its original state, it's been finely updated for style and comfort. The Airstream is tucked away in a grove of redwoods next to a seasonal creek on the rugged north coast of California right outside the picturesque village of Trinidad. Hiking, rugged beaches, birding, wildlife viewing and a 30 minute drive to the tallest trees in the world in nearby Redwood National Park!

From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

Experience nature in comfort in a glamping dome with an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining. Please read all of the property description before booking. The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.

Charming, affordable house all to yourself set in a small redwood grove. Nearest neighbor 200ft away through forest. 15 min walk to Trinidad on a country lane. Queen bed in master, comfortable twin bunk beds in tiny second bedroom (adults ok in bunks if less than ~180lb). Bonus playroom/office. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Level 2 electric car charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). Well behaved pets ok.
